Graphics and Images
Graphics should be saved as either .tiff or .eps files.
Vector-based graphics should be editable in Adobe Illustrator. When saving .eps graphics, be sure to set the preview to 8-bitt tiff.
When saving or converting image files, be sure to your final image is either a CMYK or grayscale tiff.
Images pulled from the web or taken with a digital camera are RGB jpegs. These must be converted prior to printing.
To ensure the best quality, images resolution should be 300 dpi (web images tend to be 72 dpi - not adequate for quality output) and saved with LZW compresson off.
Windows metafiles are not acceptable.
